The airport at Brisbane is a gateway for domestic and international passengers to the Gold Coast and south east Queensland. It is Australia’s second busiest airport for international visitors behind Sydney.

Some of the international airlines offer first class, business and economy options on flights into Brisbane. Each airline has it's own standards for these classes of travel and some airlines use older versions of their aircraft to fly the Brisbane services. I highly recommend ASK and don't assume - so you are prepared for your flight especially on a long haul flight. It's a long time to be miserable and not a great start to your holiday.|

Charter FlightsIf you don’t want to use public transport at all, Brisbane Airport also has facilities for charter flights and private jets – subject to customs, quarantine and immigration rules and airport regulations. Helicopter transfers direct to the Gold Coast are also available. If you stay at a resort with a helipad this can be a very fast and efficient way to transfer directly to your Gold Coast accommodation. |
