Some accommodation has a resort bus to the major attractions only. Organize through the concierge and check if it is a courtesy bus service or if there is charge.  Most likely you have to fit in with the schedule.

Book onto a scheduled tour bus which covers all the standard Gold Coast attraction transfers.  Specialised services operate to other attractions such as Australia Zoo on Sunshine Coast or Brisbane attractions.  

Con-X-ion have transfers to Gold Coast attractions, theme parks and major shopping centres.  Pick ups from most major hotels and holiday apartments and pricing depends upon destination.  There are discounts for children and pensioners.  Family tickets can make it really quite a good option but check the T's & C's.  

If you are planning on going to do a few different attractions the Roo Pass allows you to wrap up your Gold Coast theme park, attractions, shopping and airport transfers and by doing so you can save quite a bit.  Tickets can be bought online and should be cheaper than buying offline.

Great if you are on a budget and are flexible about timing.
