Boxing Day sales in Surfers Paradise.
Are the shops in Surferes Paradise open on boxing Day?
Many of the shops will be open on Boxing Day in Surfers Paradise and around the Gold Coast.
Boxing Day (26 December each year) is a very big day for shopping for those post Christmas sales bargains.
Supermarkets and general stores open on Boxing Day (usually it is only Christmas Day that they close), though you may find a some small stores not. Post offices will not be open on these days or any of the public holidays.
Most stores post their Christmas and New Year holiday opening hours on their shop fronts.
