What's Happening At The DreamWorld New Years Eve Party? Rock n Ride at AMPED!

• Birds of Tokyo - Headline Band, Perth based rock band with Day One (2007) and Universes (2009) bound to be a crowd pleaser as they take the party past the midnight coundown and into 2010.
• Regurgitator - local boys adding punky pop and humourous lyrics!
• British India - Garage band with acclaimed albums Guillotine (2007)and Thieves (2008)
• I heart Hiroshima - local Brisbane band playing from newly release The Rip album
• The Inspector Cluzo - 1st cab off the rank. 2 piece French due mixing funk and rock to 70's groove!

Please note: These bands are listed in reverse order of play! There is always the possiblity of line up changes.

The big rides will be open, so when you are not listening to these bands you can line up and get your adrenalin fix for the night.

They are expecting queues to be larger than normal, so I highly recommend you get in early, book your tickets and grab a Q4U which are really limited. That way you can get the most out of your night without spending ages in the queues for the big thrill rides.

Few things to remember about DreamWorld New Years Eve Party

• You cannot take your own food and alcohol into the theme park. Food and drinks including alcohol at certain locations will be available for purchase.
• There is a quirk about the tickets, you need to purchase e-ticket online but when you go on the night you will need e-ticket, id and the credit card you used to purchase. Alternatively, the credit card holder can pick up tickets before 4pm on the 31 Dec 09. Check out the terms and conditions properly, I am just paraphrasing.
• You also buy tickets for the special event buses which run directly from Roma Street Transit Centre in Brisbane or from Appel Park at the river end of Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise. Buses are an additional charge and run to strict timetable. Check out details when you buy your tickets.
