Having Trouble Picking New Gold Coast Apartments For Your Holiday?
Waves Resort in Broadbeach is one of the newer apartment style resorts in the Gold Coast. Sometimes it is hard to tell from brochures and websites what is new and what is an old photo!
Add in - Hilton Surfers Paradise, QT Gold Coast, Peppers Broadbeach and upgraded Marriott Resort and Spa http://www.smh.com.au/travel/resorts-for-grownups-20111129-1o5co.html New holiday apartments are undoubtedly nicer than older style ones!
You will often pay a bit more for them.
The upside is that kitchens, bathrooms and furniture will usually have much less wear and tear. They tend to appear cleaner!
I am a bit of a stickler for this myself, so if you are looking for new Gold Coast apartments I will give you a bit of a run down of the areas to look.

Both have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and are conveniently located close to the heart of Surfers Paradise.
Q1 was completed in 2005 which is getting to the edge of not being new any more!
Circle on Cavill South Tower was completed in 2006 and North Tower in 2007.
There are a few projects that will hopefully be completed with new Surfers Paradise accommodation available soon.
New Broadbeach Apartments
There has been much more development in Broadbeach over the last few years since 2005 so there are more new apartments for holiday accommodation to be found here.

Peppers Broadbeach first stage completed late 2010 - In the amazing new Oracle complex this is a first class apartment holiday destination. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with fabulous facilities and boutique shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The Waves Resort Completed 2006 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, rated 4½ star. Right in the heart of restaurant zone of Broadbeach. Easy access to Jupiters Casino (now known as The Star Gold Coast), Pacific Fair, Beach and shops.
