Outdoor Swimming In Resort Pools In September
Annie Answers This may be an unfair question of me, as I am so much a Gold Coaster these days! It depends what you are used to swimming in and it also depends on the orientation of the pool. If the pool is not shadowed by buildings especially in the afternoons, then the chances are it could be okay. It might be a little cool for younger children, but again that depends. Compared to New Zealand or Melbourne, it will feel warm! Compared to India, Malaysia or Indonesia it may feel cold. I am sorry I cannot be more specific, I personally would opt for a heated pool because you are more likely to go swimming in it. Just recently I was at Artique Resort in Surfers Paradise and the pool there was a bit cool for me, but there were plenty of people swimming in it. That was April so probably similar to September. Luckily I was able to retreat to the very warm and very large undercover spa! If you have a specific question about a resort please contact me directly or leave a comment below.
