About This Gold Coast Whale Watching Tour OperatorThe Spirit Of The Gold Coast Whale Watching group have been running whale watching tours for over 17 years, the last 7 out of the Gold Coast. Prior to that they ran whale watching tours from Port Stephens, Coffs
Harbour and Coolangatta. They have a record of 99% plus sightings so you can be fairly confident you will see whales! Although the 24m catamaran can take up to 170 passengers into open waters, they limit the passengers to 145 during whale watching season to ensure that viewing is good for everyone. Review of this Gold Coast Whale Watching TourI haven't been on this tour yet - but the view we got of them when we
were on the Australian Whale Watching boat and the way they
were so accommodating when we came to check out their whales - I
wouldn't hesitate to try them out. Spirit of the Gold Coast are usually priced a little lower than the other whale watching cruises, so you may save about $10 per adult on this tour, that changes from year to year so you need to check.
