Gold Coast 600 Surfers Paradise Event Information SuperGP Quick Links2012 dates for Gold Coast 600 (SuperCarnivale, Gold Coast Indy or Super GP) are Friday 19 to Sunday 21 October 2012. SuperGP Surfers Paradise replaced Gold Coast Indy in 2009 and Gold Coast 600 is the new name for 2010 onwards. Formerly a 4 day race carnival held in the streets of Surfers Paradise and Main Beach on the Gold Coast. The new format is now only 3 days. However, whether V8 SuperCars, Indy Cars or A1 GP cars race the bottom line is this event is not to be missed by motorsport enthusiasts. This page is updated regularly. Last update 19 January 2012
Accomodation Options for Gold Coast SuperGPThere are many options for SuperGP accommodation around the Gold Coast. You can stay within the track precinct, near it or opt for accommodation away from the track and use public transport to bring you to one of the gates. Gold Coast has both hotels and apartment accommodation ranging from backpackers and 3 star through to 6 star at Palazzo Versace. Apartments are a popular choice for groups, families and those staying for longer periods.
Please note this map is of the 2009 SuperGP Track Accommodation - new map for Gold Coast 600 will be available shortly. The new track is shorter and so some of the accommodation shown on this map as being within the race track is now outside the track. More details shortly.
