DreamWorld and Whitewater World have the Holiday Passes that are for 21 days.
Sea World, Wet n Wild and Movie World have the passes that are usually for 2 or 3 of the parks and their length varies but is usually around 14 days and certainly designed for visitors to enjoy multiple visits to one or more parks.
Even though those passes are for longer than you want, you will generally find that if you are going to more than one park during the time you are on the Gold Coast, you will find it a cheaper option than buying the one day tickets.
Dreamworld also has family passes for 2 adults plus 2 children (3 to 13 years) that can be a good option too if you are on a family holiday.
