The COVID-19 Pandemic has had a huge impact on local Gold Coast businesses, which rely heavily on visitors from Queensland, interstate and overseas.
During this time, it is hard to keep the website fully up to date with all the changes. In the meantime here are some resources for visitors. Our main booking partners for hotels and for tours, tickets, theme parks and activities are keeping everything up to date, so please use those resources in the meantime.

Want to know how to find the best deals for holiday accommodation Gold Coast Australia?
It's hard to keep up-to-date with all the deals, holiday packages and special offers.
Over the years, I've tried different ways to save money on my holidays including looking for packages of flights and accommodation together. There are some tricks to getting the most out of these deals, but beware of being offered substandard or out of the way accommodation, or really bad flights with only hand luggage! Sometimes, that's how they make it look so appealling and cheap.
I cannot remember the last time I actually booked a package that was both flights and accommodation, so I would recommend a bit of leg work and research and you will more than likely find what you are looking for, and often at the best prices around. If you would like to get my very best tips and tricks for this, check out my Travel Planning Cheat Sheets - there's a couple of sections on selecting where to stay and what kind of accommodation, as well as other hints and tips.
Others like to get a deal on their accommodation that includes local activities or credits to use in the hotel or resort.
Usually you have to source these by looking at each of the individual accomomdation properties.
Once again, it is best to have an idea of what type of accommodation you are looking for and then go looking for the package deals when you have narrowed it down.
On the Gold Coast some of the family friendly resorts have the best packages which can include in resort credits or bundled up attraction deals.
The final option is to book each individual part of your holiday separately. This is time consuming, but is usually the best way to maximise savings. If that is you, then check out the information box below - you will find a GREAT tool to help you track down pure accommodation deals.
To check out the latest accommodation deals for the current month, along with tour and attraction deals, I suggest you head over to our main deals page.
Just thought I'd let you know about this easy way to find great deals on hotels, apartments and accommodation in the Gold Coast. But you won't find package deals on this - only accommodation.
Search the major worldwide booking engines in one place to compare deals. You'll be amazed at some of the differences in prices you come across!
Simply put in your travel dates and choose your accommodation based on rating, price or name! You can narrow down your search to areas with the Gold Coast, just put in your preferred suburb such as Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Main Beach, Coolangatta etc.
This is great if you know exactly what you are looking for. Once you pick your best deal you simply click through to book with that provider. Couldn't be more simple!
If you are not familiar with the Gold Coast I recommend you research the areas first using my suburb guides and accommodation pages. Then you can pick the hotels or apartments in your preferred area to find their best deals.
