Gold Coast Golf Courses and Golfing OptionsThere are over 30 great golf courses in and around the Gold Coast, and that isn't counting those within a couple of hours drive on the Sunshine Coast either! The map of golf course locations on the Gold Coast shows you roughly where all the courses and clubs are. There are different types of golf courses and clubs. Some are private and only open to members, others are public. Most courses are 18 holes whilst a few are 9 holes. Emerald Lakes has an 18 hole course with 9 holes under lights for night golf to 9.30pm each night. I have listed all the main golf clubs and courses in the Gold Coast with a bit of information on each to give you an idea. This includes addresses and booking numbers and where I can a guide to the cost of a round of golf. In addition the Gold Coast suburb pages have information about local golfing including travel times to courses to give you an idea. I hope you find this information useful. Arundel Drive, Arundel Hills Arundel QLD 4214 See where Arundel Hills Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Boomerang Farm Golf Course9 hole golf course at Mudgeeraba just off Springbrook Road. Open for bookings from visitors. An AGU handicap is required to play in the competitions. Children are not allowed on the course unless playing with their own set of clubs. Expect to pay around $18 for 18 holes plus $25 for motorised cart. 234 Tallebudgera Creek Rd Tallebudgera QLD 4228 Tallebudgera QLD 4228 See where Burleigh Palms Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Carrara Gardens Golf Course and Driving RangeSmall course with 9 Par 3 holes and 3 Par 4 holes in Carrara in central Gold Coast. Open till 9 for day and night golf and driving range. Broadbeach-Nerang Rd Carrara QLD 4211 See where Carrara Gardems Golf Course and Driving Range is on Gold Coast Golf Map Club Banora Golf ClubClub Banora Golf Club is in northern NSW and part of the leisure and entertainment centre Club Banora which is part of Twin Towns Club. There are other facilities in addition to the golf course. 18 hole championship golf course. Practice range and putting green. Open 7 days. Works on NSW time so from October to April beware of the daylight saving when booking and playing during these months. Competitions are run daily and may be open to visitors with AGU or WGA handicap. Visitors are welcome for social play at certain times. You will need to book so you can check when you book. Expect to pay around $35 for 18 holes and $35 for motorised cart. Steel and graphite clubs can be hired in either full or half sets. Leisure Drv Banora Point NSW 2486 See where Club Banora Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Coolangatta & Tweed Heads Golf ClubTwo Championship 18 hole Golf Courses in Tweed Heads South, NSW. West Course and River Course. Visitors welcome. Just over the border in NSW runs on NSW time so observes daylight saving October to April. Expect to pay around $40 for 18 holes and $38 for motorised cart hire. Full club sets can be hired. Soorley St Tweed Heads South NSW 2486 See where Coolangatta & Tweed Heads Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Emerald Lakes Golf Club18 Hole Championship Course in Carrara in mid Gold Coast area. It also has the option for 9 holes played under lights to 9.30pm each night. Large driving range and short game practice areas. Expect to pay under $70 for 18 holes including motorised cart hire. Golf Under Lights from 5.30pm 9 holes under $40 including cart hire. Expect to pay $10 for 80 balls on the driving range. Large coaching program with range of programs covering general golf swing, junior golf, women's golf and other aspects of golf game improvement. There is even an 18 hole mini golf for the kids open from 6am to 9pm. Expect to pay $5 per player on mini golf course. Visitors welcome. Expect to pay under $70 for 18 holes including a cart. Yawalpah Rd Pimpama QLD 4209 See where Gainsborough Greens Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Gold Coast Burleigh Golf Club18 hole private golf club in Miami, mid Gold Coast. Visitors welcome but all players must hold current membership at another golf club and possess a current AGU or WGA handicap or overseas equilvalents. Expect to pay around $60 for 18 holes and $30 for motorised cart. Competition fees extra. Also has day and night driving range and practice putting and chipping greens Social golf is available but bookings are essential. Expect to pay around $35 for 18 holes and $35 for cart hire. 60 balls on driving range about $7. Clubs and pull buggies can be hired. Country Club Drv Helensvale QLD 4212 See where Gold Coast Country Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Helensvale Golf Club18 hole golf course in northern Gold Coast. Visitors welcome but bookings are essential. Expect to pay around $30 for 18 holes and $30 for a cart. Hire of clubs and pull buggies also available. 16 Wandilla Drv Helensvale QLD 4212 See where Helensvale Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Hope Island Resort Golf ClubPrivate members 18 hole luxury resort golf course in Hope Island, northern Gold Coast. The Links Hope Island course has limited public access. Visitors can contact the club in advance to try to secure a booking make sure you do this in plenty of time. An 18 hole championship golf course in Merrimac mid Gold Coast. Private course only open to groups and corporate events. Gooding Drv Merrimac QLD 4226 See where Lakelands Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Lakeside Country ClubThis is a 9 hole public golf course set near Coombabah lake in Arundel, north Gold Coast. Open 6am to 6pm. Expect to pay approximately $15 for 9 holes at this Gold Coast golf course. 433 Brisbane Rd Arundel QLD 4214 See where Lakeside Country Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Meadow Park Golf Course9 hole public golf course in Tallebudgera valley on Valley Drive, south Gold Coast area. Expect to pay under $15 for 18 holes here. Valley Drv Tallebudgera QLD 4228 See where Meadow Park Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Merrimac Golf Course9 hole public course in Merrimac, central Gold Coast. Beginners course. Gets a bit waterlogged when raining. Expect to pay under $15 for 9 holes. No carts here. They advertise no booking necessary. Hardest part about this golf course is finding it! It is opposite Carrara Markets on Gooding Drive, just before you get to the big roundabout. Gooding Drv Merrimac QLD 4226 See where Merrimac Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Palm Meadows Golf CoursePalm Meadows Golf Course is right opposite the Radisson Palm Meadows in Carrara in mid Gold Coast area. It is an 18 hole resort course with a large driving range. Visitors are welcome at this golf range and golfing packages can be arranged in conjunction with the Radisson Resort. Expect to pay around $115 for 18 holes on this course. Palm Meadows Drv Carrara QLD 4211 See where Palm Meadows Resort Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Parkwood International Golf Club18 hole championship course in Parkwood, northern Gold Coast. Facilities include a driving range. Expect to pay under $50 for 18 holes here. Cart fees just under $40. Large bucket of balls at driving range around $8. Napper Rd Parkwood QLD 4214 See where Parkwood International Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Robina Woods Golf Course18 hole championship par 71 resort golf course at Robina in mid Gold Coast area. Facilities include driving range and practice areas. Open 6am to 6pm year round except Christmas day. Expect to pay over $100 for a round of golf at this course. Ron Penhaligon Way Robina QLD 4226 See where Robina Woods Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Royal Pines ResortThe only 27 hole golf course on the Gold Coast. 3 Championship golf course layouts on this golf course in Ashmore in mid Gold Coast. Daytime driving range. This course is also home to the ANZ Ladies Masters held in February each year. Expect to pay around $120 for 18 holes on this course including motorised cart. Golf packages available in the resort. Ross St Ashmore QLD 4214 See where Royal Pines Resort Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Sanctuary Cove Golf ResortSanctuary Cove has two courses. Private 18 hole luxury golf course The Pines Sanctuary Cove and public luxury 18 hole resort course The Palms Sanctuary Cove. The Palms course is currently closed and being redeveloped. It is due to reopen in 2010. Caseys Rd Sanctuary Cove QLD 4212 See where Sanctuary Cove Golf Courses are on Gold Coast Golf Map Southport Golf ClubSouthport Golf Club is located in the mid Gold Coast area just behind Surfers Paradise. It is a private members only golf club with limited access to non-members with current handicaps. If you manage to book a round here expect to pay around $60 for 18 holes plus under $35 for motorised cart. Slatyer Ave Southport QLD 4215 See where Southport Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Surfers Paradise Golf Club18 hole championship course located at Clear Island Waters, behind Broadbeach in mid Gold Coast. Visitors and groups are welcome, but must adhere to strict dress code. Booking essential. Home to Surfers Paradise Men’s Open Championship and South Pacific Ladies Open Classic each year. 1 Fairway Drv Clear Island Waters QLD 4226 See where Surfers Paradise Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Tallai Country Golf9 hole golf course in Tallai mid Gold Coast. Aparently this is quite a deceptively challenging little course because of the hilly greens! Expect to pay under $15 for 9 holes. Cnr Worongary Rd & The Panorama Tallai QLD 4213 See where Tallai Country Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Tallebudgera Golf CourseAlso known as Coplick's Tallebudgera 18 hole golf course in southern Gold Coast. Expect to pay about $25 for 18 holes and about $36 for motorised cart. Cnr Guineas Creek & Connection Rds Tallebudgera QLD 4228 See where Tallebudgera Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map Tally Valley Golf ClubAlso known as Chris Douglas Tally Valley Golf Course. A 9 hole public golf course located in Elanora in southern Gold Coast. This is on the same road as Tallebudgera Golf Club. A round of 9 holes will cost under $15 and some motorised carts, but they need to be booked. 335 Guineas Creek Rd Elanora QLD 4221 See where Tally Valley Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map Tamborine Mountain Golf Club18 hole golf course on Tamborine Mountain. Temperatures can be 5C cooler at this course than on the Gold Coast, great in summer, but be prepared in winter! Expect to pay under $25 for 18 holes here with cart hire about $28. Half sets and full sets of clubs available for hire. Golf Course Rd Mt Tamborine QLD 4272 See where Tamborine Mountain Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map The ColonialLuxury 18 hole championship golf course at Robina in mid Gold Coast. Expect to pay around $100 for 18 holes including cart. Clubs, shoes and carts can also be hired. Paradise Springs Ave Robina QLD 4226 See where The Colonial Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map The Glades GolfGreg Norman designed 18 hole Par 72 championship golf course in Robina in mid Gold Coast area. There is also a spa, so if your partner isn't into golf, they can be pampered whilst you play a round of golf! Expect to pay around $130 for 18 holes including motorised cart. A bucket of 40 balls on the driving range will be around $6. You can also hire shoes and club sets. Only soft spikes allowed on this course, collared shirts and strictly no denim allowed. Glades Drv Robina QLD 4226 See where The Glades Golf Course is on Gold Coast Golf Map The Grand Golf ClubLocated in Gilston, just behind Nerang in the mid Gold Coast this is the most exclusive of private golf courses on the Gold Coast. 18 hole championship course was designed by Greg Norman. You must be a member here or invited to play by a member. They don't do corporate days, trade days or offer reciprocal rights to any other golf clubs. Very exclusive! If you do get to play here with a member, green fees are around $120. 364 Gilston Rd Gilston QLD 4211 See where The Grand Golf Club is on Gold Coast Golf Map The VillaPrivate golf course where membership is by invitation only. You can play here by arranging a group event. 18 hole golf course.
