Gold Coast Market Guide

Markets on the Gold Coast are quite diverse.

There are pure arts and crafts markets, general markets, night markets, kids markets and farmers markets. You can check the quick guide above to locate the Gold Coast markets you are looking for by type, location and name.

Different markets appeal to different people and most are suitable for visitors as well as locals, though most visitors are more interested in the arts and crafts, night markets and kids markets.

In the run up to Christmas (November and December) some of the Gold Coast markets will run special Christmas Markets with great gift and decoration ideas. At other times of the year you will find ideas for Mother's Day, Valentines Day, Father's Day, Easter, Halloween and Easter themes.

The main markets of interest to visitors are Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets and Carrara Markets.

On this page, you will find general information including times and dates for each of the markets. Information changes from time to time, and whilst I try to keep it up to date, sometimes I don't get to change it straight away. Markets are generally outdoors, therefore in severe weather conditions they may be cancelled, so please check ahead on the day, if you are making a special trip.
