Tall Ship Cruise from Gold Coast to South Stradbroke Island

If you are looking for a relaxing day out on the water and in a tropical paradise island setting then a Tall Ship Cruise could be a great option for you.

Enjoy a fabulous adventure to South Stradbroke Island on either their majestic sailing ship Sir Henry Morgan, the Maranoa or on their fastcat.  

Tall Ships cruises leave from Marina Mirage at Main Beach and go to the exclusive McLaren’s Landing resort which is only for day trippers or parties.  

The Tall Ship Full Day Cruises leave from Marina Mirage each day around 9am, returning at around 4.15pm. You'll need to be at the marina no later than 8.30am for boarding. 

Enjoy a leisurely morning and afternoon tea on board the tall ship as you sail up the Broadwater, past Southport, Runaway Bay, Ephraim Island, Sovereign Islands, Sanctuary Cove as well as Couran Cove on your way to McLaren's Landing - which is almost as far north as Jacobs Well if you want to check it out on a map!

Depending on which of the cruises you take you can either enjoy a BBQ seafood and steak lunch at McLaren's Landing or purchase your own lunch at the restaurant.  

Once at McLaren's Landing, you will enjoy live entertainment, resort facilities including swimming pool, optional 4WD tour, sand tobogganning and the beautiful beach at Jumpinpin or optional motorised watersports.

There is no accommodation at McLaren's Landing itself.

This tour is highly recommended as a day trip to South Stradbroke island for those who appreciate quality, sailing and a relaxing island getaway.
