Gold Coast theme parks (Dreamworld/Whitewater World, MovieWorld, Sea World and Wet n Wild) are generally OPEN* over the Easter holidays including Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
They have their usual hours which are approximately 10am to 5pm (varies slightly with theme parks and Dreamworld has an early arrival option sometimes).
* - of course if there are unusual circumstances this might not be true such as extreme weather conditions (which is not very likely at this time of the year, but I mention it just in case ;-)
There are two other pieces of information that you might find useful having asked this question.
Firstly, shops on the Gold Coast are NOT all open over the Easter weekend.
For example the big supermarkets and shopping centres such as Pacific Fair, Australia Fair and Robina Town Centre do not open on either Good Friday nor on Easter Sunday.
The cinemas at these locations are open but the shopping centres are CLOSED.
Harbour Town is also closed on Good Friday and has restricted trading on Easter Sunday, but I am not 100% sure what that means.
And since you are asking this question during a month when Easter falls in April - later in the month we have ANZAC day on 25 April and the theme parks do not open during the morning of ANZAC Day. They generally open around 1.30pm and sometimes have a later than normal closing time. You will need to check with the individual theme parks for the exact times.
And for the shops on ANZAC Day they are generally closed all day.
