If you have never been to a Cold Rock.... you haven't lived! Cold Rock are famous for their mix-ins and their cold slabs or cold stones I think it might be called overseas.

You choose the ice cream, choose the mix-in and they smash it all together on their cold slab. The combinations are only limited by your imagination and good taste!
